Professional Development Series (PDS) Tracks
For clients seeking high quality, high impact learning and talent development experiences for their staff, four tracks of course offerings are offered:

All courses in each track can be delivered in a traditional live, face-to-face setting in a client-sponsored location or in a live, instructor-led environment using the WebEx Training platform.

Each course may be taken stand-alone or part of a targeted series.

Course length is either half-day, one day, or two days. The duration for virtual classes differ.

Live, virtual-led classes, are five days in length, three hours each day. Class days can be spread over multiple weeks if convenient for the client.

To accommodate learners in different geographic time zones, live, virtual classes can be scheduled at hours convenient for the learners.

Courses include interactive activities, games, case studies and other methods to ensure high learner engagement, content retention, and to reinforce the application back on the job.
